Lesson 4 - The Truth About God's Plan For Me

Note: The lessons were taken from the Truth and Honesty Teachers Manual of Voice Philippines.

Teacher Anne taught the 4th lesson on the Truth and Honesty series. She shared an example of the importance of purpose. The Bible verse that was used is Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future".

Then, she told a story about one of our national hero named Andres Bonifacio. She engaged the children during the story by doing some actions on particular words.

A quote from the lesson was also memorized by the children, "Maniniwala ako na may magandang plano ang Diyos para sa akin". According to Teacher Anne, "Everything has a purpose, just believe in Him and never lose faith."

**Special thanks to Hubert for taking over the class, because we were late due to traffic that was caused by an accident.

A Post Heart's Day Presentation

Last February 17, the children made a post Heart's day presentation for their parents/guardians and others. Before the presentation the children made cards to give to those they want to give it to.

They put messages in those cards that were really from their hearts which is why some of the recipients had a tear or two in their eyes.

Below, is the dance number that was performed which was taken from Hillsong Kids Supernatural Album entitled "Get It Started". It tells that Christians should get started in sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Note: The copy of the video is not of good quality, my apologies.

A Heart To Remember

Last February 14, an annual celebration of Heart's Day was done for married couples. The event was named "A Heart To Remember".

There were several couples who have attended this event. There were some presentations done by the Music Ministry.

There were different games that helped make the occasion a very happy one.

Lesson 3 - The Truth About Myself

Note: The lessons were taken from the Truth and Honesty Teachers Manual of Voice Philippines.

Last February 10, Teacher Chame shared this verse to the children Matthew 10:30 where Jesus said, "And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered".

The lesson also made the kids aware that God gave us individual talents. Each of us were made uniquely by God.

They also had games and other discussions related to the lesson.
