Lift Jesus Higher Church - 8th Year Anniversary

The time of celebrating has come, Lift Jesus Higher Church is now on its 8th Year Anniversary.  Above is one of the songs sung by the Music Ministry.

"Be Still And Know That I Am God" from Psalm 46:10 is the theme of this years celebration.  Below are some of the highlights.

After the praise and worship, the children had some activities like arts, they made a sheep that will remind them of the lesson about Joseph when he was still a young boy.

 

 

 Next is a Spelling Contest.

Bible Drill.

Also, the favorite among the children is Kendi O Kahon.  Congratulation to the winners.

During the games and activities for the children, there were presentations from the Youth, other performances and exhortation from the guest speaker.

Congratulations also to the people who won the raffle of 10 5-Kgs Rice Package and other prizes.

Church Strengthening Ministry's - Creation Care

This is the new curriculum for the coming year 2013 from Church Strengthening Ministry called Creation Care.  Our Children's Ministry Workers will be sent to attend the training.

Children's Sunday School Lessons October 2012

The 3rd Quarter Lessons are drawing to a finish.  We will be awarding the deserving student based on points earned.  Three (3) Categories are up for awards, these are - Best in Attendance, Best in Life Verse and Best in Question & Answer.  Three winners for each level.

We will soon start the 4th Quarter this will last until December 2012.  Same awarding criteria will be applied for this lessons from CSM's Faith Grower Curriculum.

Children's Sunday School Lessons for July 2012

We will be starting the 3rd Quarter Lessons from Church Strengthening Ministry's Faith Grower for Lift Jesus Higher Church Children's Sunday School.  The duration will be until September 2012.  This has helped the children know more about God and His love for them.

VBS 2012 Graduation Day - THE GREAT OUTDOORS

After three (3) days of activities and lessons from CSM's - The Great Outdoors VBS Camp, Graduation Day has arrived, last May 18.  The children fall in line for their entrance (below).

VBS 2012 Day 1 - THE GREAT OUTDOORS

The start of the VBS 2012 - The Great Outdoors by CSM Publishing was done last May 15 - 18, the children were divided into three (3) levels.

Level1 - SCOUTS (4-6years old)

Level 2 - TRACKERS (7-9years old)

Level 3 - Explorers (10 years old and above)

Day 1, explaining the rules and regulations.
